Chicago police informed Monday that arrested William Balfour for the murders of Jennifer Hudson mother, brother and nephew. Balfour was in Statesville Correctional Center for violating his parole and was transferred to Chicago police after they served the warrant for his arrest. He will be held pending approval for the charges by the Attorney’s Office. Evidence was presented last month that Balfour had a gun matching the one used in the killings. William Balfour was married to Jennifer Hudson sister. He also has another parole violation hearing this Wednesday.

Hopefully justice will be served and the Hudson family gets some relief in this hard time.
